In loud environments, voice annunciation ensures the user is on the right channel without having to stop and look at a screen.

Features of TAIT TP2000

2-Slot TDMA for independent converasations in the same frequency

Leveraging digital TDMA technology, the radio splits a single frequency into two "slots." This allows two separate teams to have independent conversations simultaneously on the same frequency. You effectively double your network's capacity without the cost or administrative burden of applying for additional government licenses.

The "Anti-Theft" Suite

Protect your investment with remote management tools. If a device is lost or stolen, administrators can remotely "Stun" or "Kill" the radio over the air to prevent unauthorized access. Once recovered, the radio can be "Revived" and returned to service instantly, ensuring your network remains secure and private.

Hybrid Radio Functionality

The Tait TP2 is a hybrid radio that bridges the gap between your old equipment and new technology. It automatically detects whether a signal is Analog or Digital and switches its own transmitter to match instantly.
The Problem: Most basic radios require you to manually change channels to talk to different teams, leading to missed calls and confusion.
The Solution: The TP2 does the thinking for you. It listens to both types of signals on a single channel and responds in the correct format.
The Benefit: It eliminates user error and ensures your team stays connected during an Analog to Digital migration, making the upgrade smooth and stress-free.

Emergency Button Feature

It features a dedicated Emergency Button for instant distress signaling and a "Lone Worker" timer that requires periodic check-ins. Combined with optional "Man Down" sensors, the radio ensures that isolated staff are always monitored, even when they cannot call for help manually.

Easy Charging for select models

Unlike high-tier radios that require a bulky desktop charging cradle, many entry-level models in this series support direct charging via Micro-USB or USB-C. This makes it highly portable for field workers. You can charge the radio in a vehicle, from a laptop, or using a standard power bank, rather than being tethered to a specific charging station.
