Overview
The Elemec3 (E3) is GAI-Tronics' network-enabled Public Address and General Alarm (PA/GA) system, built for life-critical industrial sites — oil and gas platforms, FPSOs, power generation plants, refineries, chemical plants and similar facilities where personnel safety depends on alarms and paging reaching every zone, every time. The system is designed for failsafe operation, with continuous fault monitoring and support for redundant (N+1 and A/B) architectures so a single component failure doesn't take down site-wide coverage. Paging and emergency alarms can be triggered automatically or manually from any point on the network.MGQ Telecom supplies, installs and commissions Elemec3 systems for sites across our authorized territories, and provides ongoing maintenance support for the life of the installation.

Elemec3 PAGA
Specifically designed for failsafe operation, the public address and general alarm system from GAI-Tronics, Elemec3 offers comprehensive system and fault status monitoring around the clock.
The system allows for the automatic or manual initiation of prioritized paging, emergency broadcasts, and alarms from any point within the user's network.

IP & Paging Alarm Controller for PAGA System
The IP Controller is the core of the Elemec3 system — a PoE-powered unit available in table or rack mount, that manages alarm generation, voice paging and device coordination across the network.
It works as a standalone alarm generator and includes SIP telephone connectivity for voice communication. It connects directly with the rest of the GAI-Tronics IP paging and alarm range — SP2 units, HUBBCOM™ devices, IP input/output modules and IP amplifiers — as part of one integrated network.
Each controller supports up to 256 inputs and outputs, enough capacity for large, complex industrial sites with extensive monitoring and control requirements. Our team configures the controller and connected components to match your site's layout and coverage needs, for oil and gas and heavy industrial facilities across the UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Iraq.

IP Access Panel
The GAI-Tronics IP Access Panel (IPAP) is a user-friendly application designed for E3. It works on any Windows® 10 PC, all-in-one, tablet, or can be bought pre-loaded on various suitable devices. IPAP offers straightforward, secure, and easy-to-understand control and information in a format that you can customize to fit your needs.
IP Access Panel Lite
GAI-TRONICS IP Access Panel Lite provides alarm activation in conjunction with a GAI-TRONICS IP public address and general alarm system. The IP Access Panel Lite can be used to activate and reset up to 11 alarm tones once configured. It can be configured to provide zone specific live audio paging. This can be done via the GAI-TRONICS Portal firmware.
